At Hastings International Piano, we’re committed to making a real difference in our community and our Learning & Participation programme aims to find ways to give back to the local area through the piano.

Our schools programme has now reached over 500 children in Hastings. Last week, Sam Glazer and pianist Rose McLachlan inspired 20 Key Stage 2 students at St Paul’s CE Academy.

We are delighted that the outstanding pianist, and the 2022 Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition prizewinner Thomas Kelly, has been announced as the recipient of the Benjamin Britten Piano Fellowship for 2023-24, awarded by the Royal College of Music (RCM) and generously supported by the Philip Loubser Foundation (PLF).

The 17th Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition will take place from 22 Feb – 2 March 2024 and entry is now open, by video audition.
